Michigan Ave Apartments

Michigan Ave. Apartments is a 54-unit infill apartment building in an urban neighborhood of Columbus. The project occupies a prominent corner in a mixed-use context and provides affordable housing much in demand. The simple building form features a scalloped profile clad in bands of grey brick. The project is currently under construction.
