The Whitehall branch of the Columbus Metropolitan Library was fully redesigned by the JBAD team. The new 20,000-square-foot library is almost triple the size of the old existing library it replaced, which had been opened in 1959. The new library is a stunningly simple and elegant building form which creates heightened public awareness and improved access for the library. An accessible floor system and an open interior layout will accommodate reconfigurations with ease.
